At the Tribute Store, we understand how important it is to get your sympathy flowers and gifts to their recipients as quickly as possible. We currently process orders Monday - Friday. If we receive your order after 12 noon CST, it will be processed on the following business day. Tribute Store reserves the right to adjust the delivery date without notification.
Our sympathy gifts are shipped using all major carriers who service the continental United States. We are sorry, but at this time, we are unable to ship to international apresses, apresses outside the continental United States or APO/FPO apresses.
If you purchase a personalized sympathy gift item, please allot an extra 2-3 days for processing.
All of our funeral flowers and sympathy plants are delivered by hand by local florists to either the funeral service location or to the family's home. These items are available for same day delivery if they are ordered before 2:00pm Monday through Friday or before noon on Saturday and Sunday (times specific to the recipient's time zone). Delivery dates that fall on major holidays may not be eligible for same day delivery, depending on the florist's availability.
Please be aware that if your delivery location is more than 10 miles from the nearest participating Tribute Store florist, the florist may require an apitional delivery fee. In these instances, a Tribute Store advisor will contact you to request approval for these fees. Your credit card will not be charged an apitional delivery fee without your permission.
Morning Floral Deliveries
Sunday and Monday morning deliveries - Order by 12 noon in the recipient's time zone the prior day. Orders placed after noon cannot be guaranteed to arrive before 11:00am the following morning.
Morning deliveries (excluding Sunday and Monday) - Order by 6:00pm in the recipient's time zone on the day before. Orders placed after 6:00pm cannot be guaranteed to arrive before 11:00am the following day.
Order Changes or Cancellations
Tribute gifts - Because our priority is to pack and ship your order as quickly as possible, we are not able to cancel or change an online order once it has been placed.
Tribute flowers and plants - Depending on the circumstances, we may be able to make minor changes to your sympathy flower or plant order (for example, the message on the enclosed card) if the florist has not yet begun work on the order or delivered it to your destination. To see if your order can be changed or cancelled, please call the Tribute Store directly at 866-834-4420.
Please note - In the event that your Tribute Store florist does not have the exact product you requested in stock due to seasonal or daily availability issues, the order will be filled using flowers or plants that are as similar as possible to the item chosen and at an equal or higher value as your original order.
